About the Role:
As a Team Lead – HR Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing Global HR Shared Services, guiding team members, and ensuring seamless delivery of HR services across regions. This position requires a proactive leader who can oversee day-to-day HR activities, mentor the HR team, maintain compliance, and foster positive employee experience. You will be the go-to person for employees and managers on workplace and people-related matters, handling them with professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
End-to-End HR Operational Support: Oversee daily HR Shared Services operations across APAC, ME, Egypt, Americas, and UK, ensuring compliance with company standards and timelines.
Partner with Leaders: Collaborate closely with the Regional HR Business Partner to support a designated business area, providing operational and strategic HR advice.
Global Collaboration: Work with colleagues and stakeholders across global locations to align HR practices and support shared goals
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor HR team members, assigning operational work and monitoring task completion.
- Drive team productivity by setting clear goals, preparing scorecards and productivity reports.
- Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team capability and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Data & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate HR records in the HRMS system.
- Generate analytical and KPI reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Policy & Process Improvement: Identify gaps in HR operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualification: MBA in HR preferred
Work Experience:
- Minimum 6–7 years’ experience in HR Ops - Shared Services function, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage HR teams to achieve departmental goals.

- HR Leadership: Proven experience in a HR Team Lead role, with the ability to confidently advise and support team members on a wide range of HR Operational matters.
- Organization & Delivery: Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize workloads, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Confidentiality & Professional Integrity: Demonstrates discretion in handling sensitive information and maintains the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
- Attention to Detail & Continuous Improvement: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, high-quality service delivery, and continuous process improvement.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
