ABOUT THE COMPANY
Unosafe Elevator Private Limited is engaged in the manufacturing, installation, modernization, repair, maintenance, and servicing of elevators and vertical transportation systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets for elevator sales, modernization projects, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Identify potential customers including Builders, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Developers, Facility Managers, and Corporate Clients.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
Sales Activities
- Promote Elevator Sales, Installation Projects, Modernization Projects, and AMC Services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the Company.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution and customer support.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Installation, Service, Operations, and Accounts Teams.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Maintain sales records and customer databases.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Provide market feedback to management.
ELIGIBILITY
Education:
- Any Graduate / Diploma / BE / B.Tech
- MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
- 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Experience in Elevator Sales, Construction Sales, Building Materials, HVAC, Electrical Products, Industrial Products, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Customer relationship management.
- Lead generation and business development.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
