About the Role
Auramah Valley is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage the housekeeping operations of the property. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, guest comfort, and team efficiency while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, staff accommodations, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained as per hospitality industry norms.
- Manage housekeeping staff scheduling, duty allocation, attendance, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure quality standards are met.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, uniforms, and guest amenities.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores teams for timely procurement of housekeeping materials.
- Develop and implement SOPs, cleaning schedules, and preventive maintenance checklists.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff on service quality, grooming, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Maintenance teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Prepare housekeeping reports, budgets, and cost-control measures to optimize resources.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Certification in Housekeeping Operations will be an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations within hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality properties
- Prior managerial experience preferred
