Key Responsibilities :
Employee Engagement

Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and employee connect programs.

Support implementation of employee recognition and culture-building initiatives.

Assist in conducting engagement surveys, collecting feedback, and supporting action plans.

Drive participation in employee engagement programs through effective communication and coordination.
-
Support onboarding engagement initiatives for new joiners.
-
Help organize town halls, fun activities, and internal events to enhance employee experience.
Learning & Development
-
Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning sessions end-to-end.
-
Manage training nominations, scheduling, logistics, communication, and attendance records.
-
Maintain training trackers, learning records, feedback reports, and MIS.
-
Support training need identification and implementation of learning calendars.
-
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external trainers/vendors for learning programs.
-
Support learner engagement through LMS or learning platforms (if applicable).
-
Assist in measuring training effectiveness and gathering participant feedback.
HR Support
-
Support implementation of people initiatives related to engagement, development, and retention.
-
Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation related to engagement and L&D activities.
-
Partner with teams to support employee experience initiatives.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or Master’s degree in Human Resources / related field.
1–3 years of experience in employee engagement, L&D coordination, or HR operations.
Skills Required

Basic understanding of training processes and employee engagement practices

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Creative mindset and passion for people initiatives
Preferred
Experience in IT/Corporate environment preferred
Exposure to LMS tools or engagement platforms is an added advantage
