Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Finance & Analysis
- Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis at business-unit and company levels
- Conduct variance analysis, prepare management dashboards, and track key financial KPIs
- Assist in business case evaluation for new projects, investments, or R&D initiatives
R&D and Innovation Support
- Partner with R&D teams to evaluate the financial and strategic viability of research programs and product development
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support funding models for innovation projects
- Business Presentations & Meetings
- Prepare executive-level presentations, pitch decks, board reports, and investor summaries
- Participate in business meetings, take minutes, follow up on key action points, and contribute intellectually to discussions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection, insights, and alignment
Operations & Task Pool Management
- Handle a broad pool of strategic and operational activities across departments (finance, strategy, business development, R&D)
- Track progress, create project timelines, and ensure timely execution of cross-functional deliverables
Intellectual Contributions & Business Discussions
- Engage in strategic brainstorming, market research, and policy discussions with leadership
- Provide insights through competitor benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and business model evaluations
- Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with external consultants, business partners, and internal teams for planning, reporting, and compliance support
- Ensure alignment of finance and strategy teams with operational departments
Skills & Competencies
- Strong command over financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Excellent presentation skills (PPT) and ability to present to CXOs and boards
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work cross functionally
- Agile, proactive, and capable of handling multiple work streams independently
Experience: 2-5 Years of experience strategic finance, business planning,corporate strategy, or consulting. Exposure to R&D-led environments or innovation-centric organizations is an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
