**Job Title:** Business Analyst

## Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst who can gather business requirements, analyze data, identify process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with data, reports, and stakeholders.
## Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
* Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
* Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
* Analyze data using Excel, SQL, and Power BI to generate business insights.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of requirements.
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
* Identify business risks, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
* Support decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
## Required Skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
* Good knowledge of SQL.
* Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
* Basic understanding of Python is an advantage.
* Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
* Ability to prepare BRD, FRD, and process flow diagrams.
## Qualifications
* MBA (Business Analytics/Finance/Operations/Marketing) or equivalent qualification.
* Freshers with relevant skills or candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
* Strong presentation and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
## Salary
₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
## Working Days & Timings
* 6 Days Working
* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
**Location:** Mayapuri, New Delhi
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hari Nagar Be Block, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
