Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings and coordinate recruitment activities
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Handle employee documentation and maintain personnel records
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR MIS
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee induction programs
- Support routine HR operations and employee coordination
- Assist in maintaining statutory records and HR compliance documentation
Requirements:
- BBA (HR) / MBA (HR)
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
- Knowledge of attendance management and HR documentation
- PF knowledge will be an added advantage
- Exposure to ERP/HRMS systems will be preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good coordination skills
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
