We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands and industries. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and performance marketing. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to drive growth and deliver measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple clients and brands.
- Oversee content planning, content calendars, and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators for creative production.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Strategy & Client Management
- Understand client objectives and develop digital marketing strategies accordingly.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Present campaign plans, reports, and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure timely execution of projects and campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs including leads, conversions, engagement, reach, and ROAS.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvement through data analysis.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with hospitality, weddings, luxury, lifestyle, or real estate brands.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related certifications.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
