Asst. General Manager
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the dealership, including sales, service, customer satisfaction, profitability, team management, and business development. The role ensures the achievement of organizational goals while maintaining high standards of operational excellence and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Assist in managing day-to-day dealership operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Administration departments.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Sales & Business Development
- Support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and corporate clients.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure exceptional customer experience across all departments.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalated complaints promptly.
- Drive customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide departmental managers and team leaders.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring.
- Support recruitment, training, and employee development activities.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Financial Management
- Monitor dealership revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost-control measures.
- Review financial reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company regulations.
- Prepare and submit operational and performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with manufacturer representatives and auditors as required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
