Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and user behaviour using analytics tools.
- Drive organic growth through SEO and content strategies.
- Oversee social media content planning and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign creatives and marketing assets.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, assign tasks, and review performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing practices.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Good understanding of social media management and content planning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver measurable growth.
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments preferred.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
