Oversee the MEP work (Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire safety and other services) from start to completion.
Execute: Execution of the MEP work involving installation, commissioning, QC and testing.
Coordination: Follow up and coordinate with Architect, Project Manager, and our other team members to ensure timely completion of works with norms and specifications
Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP system.
Analyze mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions
Coordination with the Project manager of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress
Qualification:
B. Tech. / B.E. Mechanical or Diploma with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
