Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination within the IT/Software industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with development teams.
- Experience handling software development or IT service projects.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM, project management, or ticketing tools is preferred.
- Experience handling international clients is an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Gather and understand business requirements.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, and Project teams.
- Conduct client meetings and provide project updates.
- Track project progress, feedback, and change requests.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain project and client communication documentation.
