Job Summary:EduFlourish is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Sales & Operations to lead admissions, coordinator performance, and operational excellence across multiple locations. The role requires a strong leader who can drive enrollment growth, manage regional teams, and ensure smooth execution of operational and academic processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Coordinators across multiple locations, ensuring achievement of admissions targets, implementation of growth strategies, and smooth workflow execution.
Drive admissions growth by setting targets, monitoring lead pipelines, improving conversion rates, and ensuring target achievement.
Monitor coordinator performance, accountability, productivity, and provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Analyze admissions, retention, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support business decisions.
Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for leadership review. Resolve escalations, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure an excellent parent and student experience.
Develop SOPs and scalable processes to support operational efficiency and organizational growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Sales, Education Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Educational Operations, Admissions, or Team Management.
Proven experience in target achievement, admissions management, and team leadership.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
