Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy across SEO, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, website optimization, lead generation, analytics, and online brand promotion.
The role will also support overall marketing activities, including preparation of marketing materials, brand communication, market research, campaign coordination, and promotional initiatives. The candidate will work closely with the CEO, department heads, sales team, design team, and other stakeholders to ensure that marketing campaigns and deliverables are planned, executed, monitored, and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve online visibility, brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Develop digital campaigns based on target audience, buyer persona, business goals, and market trends.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Plan, develop, and implement the company's SEO strategy.
- Conduct regular and thorough keyword research based on business objectives and target audiences.
- Perform competitor and website analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
- Work towards improving organic search rankings, website traffic, visibility, and ROI.
- Identify and monitor key SEO KPIs and performance metrics.
- Monitor website performance, click-through rate, bounce rate, traffic, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
- Identify SEO-related issues and implement solutions within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with web developers and content/marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Ensure proper on-page and off-page SEO activities are carried out.

3. Paid Advertising & PPC Management
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Develop appropriate keyword strategies, including broad, phrase, exact, and negative keywords.
- Define targeting based on country, region, location, audience, demographics, and other relevant parameters.
- Create and manage campaigns, ad groups, ad copies, keywords, extensions, and targeting.
- Monitor bids, CPC, CTR, conversions, cost per lead, and overall campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and return on investment.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure optimum utilization of allocated budgets.
- Prepare regular/monthly reports covering campaign spend, leads, conversions, performance, and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to improve ad positioning, targeting, creatives, and campaign performance.
4. Social Media Management
- Manage the company's social media platforms and ensure regular content publishing.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for the creation of relevant social media content.
- Publish posts, creatives, videos, promotional content, and other digital assets.
- Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, followers, leads, and other social media KPIs.
- Identify trends and opportunities for increasing social media visibility and engagement.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual communication across platforms.
- Monitor audience responses, comments, and relevant interactions.
5. Lead Generation & Online Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute digital strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Identify suitable online channels for customer acquisition and business promotion.
- Monitor lead generation performance across SEO, social media, paid campaigns, website, and other digital channels.
- Track leads from source to conversion wherever possible.
- Analyze lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
6. Website & Analytics Management
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and overall performance.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other website analytics/optimization tools.
- Track key metrics including traffic, bounce rate, click-through rate, engagement, conversions, and lead sources.
- Identify website performance issues and coordinate with developers for timely resolution.
- Recommend improvements to website content, structure, user experience, and conversion opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
7. Marketing & Branding
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, promotional content, and other marketing collaterals.
- Ensure consistency in the company's branding and communication across marketing channels.
- Support the development and execution of overall marketing strategies and plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business and promotional opportunities.
- Identify new marketing channels, platforms, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
- Support brand-building initiatives and improve overall market visibility.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, partners, and other marketing service providers when required.
- Monitor overall marketing performance and prepare periodic reports.
8. Marketing Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with sales, design, content, and digital marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and other marketing channels.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing campaigns, projects, and marketing deliverables.
- Follow up with relevant team members to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Identify delays, gaps, or issues in marketing activities and escalate them appropriately.
- Maintain regular updates on campaign status, deliverables, leads, and marketing performance.
- Ensure that marketing activities are aligned with the company's business priorities and management's requirements.
9. Video Content & Editing
- Create and edit videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, product promotions, brand communication, and internal/external presentations.
- Develop short-form video content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, and campaign creatives.
- Edit raw footage by trimming clips, arranging sequences, adding transitions, text, graphics, music, voiceovers, subtitles, and other visual elements.
- Create engaging video content that is aligned with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Repurpose existing marketing content, presentations, photographs, and product information into engaging video formats.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to develop concepts and scripts for video content.
- Edit videos according to platform requirements, including appropriate formats, dimensions, duration, and quality.
- Ensure that all video content is visually appealing, professionally presented, and consistent with the company's brand identity.
- Support the creation of videos for products, projects, customer solutions, events, employee engagement, company updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor video performance, including views, reach, engagement, and audience retention, and use insights to improve future content.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, edited videos, graphics, music, and other digital assets.
