*Executive Assistant (EA)* with *2+ years of FMCG brand experience* required at *an agro-commodity organization* based in *Mumbai Central (nearby station)*

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
JD:
- *Manage executive coordination and day-to-day support for directors, including scheduling, follow-ups, and task management*
- Prepare monthly financial reports, transfer summaries, and account balance reconciliations
- *Manage credit card statements, payments, utility bills* , and account tracking for directors and their families
- *Coordinate travel bookings, visa applications, and travel insurance* with travel agents for directors and family members
- *Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for on-site HR* coordination and employee-related queries
- Track employee attendance, leaves, loans, BAMS, SOP compliance, and prepare payroll-related data for HR processing
- *Retrieve, organize, and deliver important documents* and reports to directors on a daily basis
Salary *up to Rs 45,000 per month*
