As we continue expanding across the UAE and GCC markets, we are looking for ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Sales Associates / Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Sales Associate / Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting cold calls, utilizing AI-powered sales tools, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into successful business relationships.
This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, target-oriented, and eager to work in an AI-driven international business environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
- Conduct daily prospecting and outreach activities.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Cold Calling
- Conduct outbound cold calling campaigns.
- Introduce company services professionally.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
Lead Generation
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, Google, business directories, social media, and other online platforms.
- Research target industries and companies.
- Build and maintain lead databases.
- Support marketing campaigns with qualified prospects.
Sales Follow-Up & Closing
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements.
- Handle client objections professionally.
- Assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Market Research & Business Intelligence
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Identify emerging industries and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends to support business expansion.
AI Tools Utilization (Mandatory)
Candidates should have practical experience using AI tools for:
- Prospect research
- Sales communication
- Lead qualification
- Content generation
- Market analysis

Mandatory Requirement – AI Experience
Applicants must have practical experience using AI tools such as:
