Role Overview
The Customer Support Executive will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing technical and service support for PURO DYNAMICS’ sustainable solutions in air, water, wastewater, and solid waste management. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Provide technical support for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PURO DYNAMICS systems.
- Explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues and site visits.
- Prepare service reports and documentation.
- Promote PURO DYNAMICS’ values of sustainability, ethical practices, and community empowerment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, or Plumbing.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer support/service roles are welcome.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of environmental technologies (air, water, wastewater, solid waste).
- Familiarity with UPS POWER ELECTRONICS, Mechanical systems and ozone-based treatment technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Computer literacy: MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
Customer Service Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English + Tamil preferred).
- Active listening and problem-solving mindset.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Patience and empathy in handling customer queries.
