About the Role
Kris Gethin Gyms is looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Visual Content Operator to help build and scale our visual brand.

This is not a routine design role—it's an opportunity to grow into a Lead Designer as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, carousels, banners, posters, and campaign creatives
- Edit short-form videos and Instagram/Facebook reels
- Ensure consistent visual branding across all marketing materials
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Growth team
- Deliver high-quality creative work with quick turnaround times
- Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content
Requirements
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and reel editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent professional tools
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and branding
- Experience working with social-first brands, startups, agencies, or freelance clients is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable receiving feedback and working in a fast-paced environment
