About the Role We are looking for a highly creative, business-minded Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will own full-home residential projects end-to-end — from the first client consultation to final site handover. This position requires a unique blend of design thinking, customer empathy, and business ownership to create spaces customers love while actively driving project closures and revenue targets.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless journey from the initial pitch to the final installation.
- Design & Space Planning: Translate customer requirements into highly functional, aesthetic space plans. Develop detailed layouts, 3D renderings, mood boards, and complete material specifications.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Own the sales funnel for your assigned projects. Lead design meetings, present logical and trusted design pitches, and drive monthly revenue closures.
- Technical Execution: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and comprehensive working drawings. Oversee modular design planning, civil works, and detailed service specifications.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure a clear, accurate project handover to the execution and operations teams. Coordinate actively with vendors, site supervisors, and contractors to maintain strict quality standards and timelines.
- Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional, transparent, and trust-led customer experience, proactively resolving any design or execution challenges that arise.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of core experience in residential interiors, with a strong emphasis on modular furniture and holistic space planning. Must have independently led and delivered a minimum of 5 to 6 Turnkey / Full Home Residential projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant 3-year diploma (minimum 15 years of formal academic education).
- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Experience with 3ds Max, V-Ray, and strong presentation software skills (PowerPoint/Keynote) is highly preferred.
- Design Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of conceptual design, modular systems (aesthetics, functionality, and module planning), and core technical execution.
- Business Acumen: High-ownership mindset with proven comfort in a target-driven, client-facing design-and-build environment.
- Behavioral Attributes: Result-oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator with strong integrity. A team player who can independently drive performance and manage client expectations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
