Key Responsibilities
1. MIS & Data Systems Management
- Design and manage MIS systems, tools, and dashboards aligned with programme indicators.
- Maintain central databases ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Integrate data across programme components (skilling, employment, enterprise, financial inclusion, market linkages).
2. FutureX Integration & Digital Systems
- Learn, adopt, and operationalise the FutureX platform for programme data management.
- Integrate project data into FutureX, aligning with organisational data structures and workflows.
- Coordinate with central teams to map data fields, enable data syncing, and ensure real-time updates.
- Support development of dashboards and reports within FutureX for programme tracking.
- Drive adoption of FutureX through training, troubleshooting, and continuous support.
- Ensure data quality, validation protocols, and governance standards within the platform.
3. Data Quality, Validation & Field Support
- Establish protocols for data collection, validation, and verification across locations.
- Conduct regular data audits, cleaning, and quality checks.
- Train field teams on data tools, reporting formats, and MIS usage.
- Ensure standardisation and consistency of data across districts.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse programme data to generate insights on performance, trends, and gaps.
- Develop dashboards and visualisations for tracking key indicators.
- Generate regular MIS reports for internal review and donor reporting.
- AI & Advanced Analytics Tools:
- Leverage AI tools/techniques for predictive analytics.
- Use AI tools to automate data cleaning, anomaly detection, and validation processes.
- Support preparation of donor reports with accurate and validated data.
5. Technology & Team Capacity Building
- Support use of digital tools (Kobo, ODK, CommCare, etc.) for data collection.
- Coordinate with tech teams/vendors for system improvements and troubleshooting.
- Build capacity of programme teams on data interpretation and use for decision-making.
6. Data Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with organisational data policies and donor requirements.
- Maintain data confidentiality, security, and access protocols.
- Establish data storage, backup, and documentation systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, IT, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in MIS, data management, or programme analytics.
- Experience with large datasets and multi-location programmes.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with digital data collection tools (Kobo, ODK, CommCare, etc.).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
