Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 5-6 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition / bulk hiring/Generalist Role
- Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Preferred Industry : Infrastructure

Ø Talent Acquisition & Hiring :
§ Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
§ Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
§ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
§ Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and interview scheduling
§ Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT
§ Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers

Ø Payroll & Compliance Support
