Position Summary
CBC Mahindra is looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Insurance Renewal Executive to manage motor insurance renewals for existing customers. The ideal candidate will proactively contact customers before policy expiry, explain insurance benefits and add-ons, prepare competitive quotations, coordinate with insurance companies, and ensure timely policy renewals while achieving monthly business targets. Similar dealership roles emphasize customer retention, renewal follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with insurers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers before their motor insurance policy expires.
- Explain insurance coverage, policy benefits, IDV, NCB, and available add-ons.
- Prepare and share insurance quotations from multiple insurance companies.
- Follow up with customers until policy renewal is completed.
- Achieve monthly insurance renewal and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
- Assist customers with claim procedures and documentation whenever required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly renewal reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in motor insurance will be added advantage
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of motor insurance policies and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
