Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our upcoming premium salon. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, creativity, and excellent client-handling skills to deliver high-quality hair services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hair services including haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, smoothening, keratin, and treatments
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the workstation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
- Assist in upselling salon services and retail products
- Guide and support junior stylists and assistants
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of salon tools and equipment
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a Hair Stylist (preferably in a reputed salon)
- Strong knowledge of modern hair techniques and chemical treatments
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Certification in hair styling or cosmetology is preferred
