Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, reminders, and daily priorities.
- Track follow-ups, monitor task completion, and coordinate with employees, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MOMs), reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Coordinate business and personal travel, appointments, events, purchases, deliveries, and other executive support activities.
- Conduct online research, gather information, and present findings in a structured manner.
- Source candidates, coordinate interviews, support onboarding activities, maintain employee records, and assist with HR administration.
- Maintain databases, SOPs, trackers, and operational records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
- Support the Managing Director across multiple businesses, projects, and special initiatives.
- Proactively identify issues, suggest solutions, and drive tasks to closure with minimal supervision.

- Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and online tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
