- Resolving customer queries:
1. Address customer inquiries related to credit score management, account creation, subscription issues, and document verification processes.
2. Ensure prompt and accurate responses to build trust and satisfaction.
- Helping users via call and chats to clear overdue accounts and escalate for NOC document to the lenders.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to resolve escalated issues, improve customer experience, and streamline support workflows for better service delivery.
