Job Role: ORM Executive
Total Experience: 1-2 Years in ORM, Customer Expereince.
Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused ORM Executive to manage and strengthen our brand's online reputation across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience. This role also involves supporting offline brand engagement activities, customer feedback initiatives, and review generation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the brand's online reputation across review platforms, social media channels, forums, and other digital platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, comments, queries, and public feedback.
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve reputation issues.
- Prepare regular ORM reports, analyse customer feedback trends, and provide actionable insights to improve brand perception.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store activations, pop-ups, and events.
- Work on customer experience improvements and feedback collection.
- Assist in review generation and on-ground engagement initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners, agencies, and digital platforms.
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Business/Data Analytics or a related field.
- Candidates based out of Coimbatore is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Good analytical and reporting skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
