We’re Hiring: HR Associate

Location: Barasat

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with exceptional recruitment aptitude may also apply)

Are you passionate about finding the right talent and building high-performing teams? We are looking for a dynamic HR Associate, initially for Recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong drive for hardcore hiring, sourcing, and talent acquisition.

Minimum Requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work under pressure and close positions quickly

MBA / Graduate in HR, Management, or related fields preferred

Responsibility:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for multiple roles across departments

Source candidates aggressively through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes efficiently

Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/database

Develop effective job postings and employer branding strategies

Coordinate offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding support

Meet hiring targets within strict deadlines
