Role Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing POSP/Insurance Partners while driving Life and Health Insurance business. The role focuses on partner productivity, customer acquisition, and achieving business targets through effective relationship management and sales support.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Life & Health Insurance sales targets.
- Generate business through POSPs, Insurance Partners, and personal networking.
- Promote Life and Health Insurance products from empanelled insurance companies.
Partner Recruitment & Activation
- Recruit new POSPs/Insurance Partners.
- Ensure timely onboarding and IRDAI compliance.
- Activate newly recruited partners and support them in generating business.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Insurance Partners and customers.
- Provide end-to-end sales support from lead generation to policy issuance.
- Ensure high partner engagement and retention.
Training & Development
- Conduct product and sales training sessions.
- Guide partners on product suitability, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Keep partners updated on new products, campaigns, and regulatory changes.
Sales Support
- Assist partners in premium quotations and product comparisons.
- Coordinate with operations and insurance companies for smooth policy issuance.
- Support claim assistance and customer service when required.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain daily activity reports (DAR), recruitment records, and business MIS.
- Track partner performance and business productivity.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company compliance policies.

- Monthly Life & Health Insurance premium achieved
- Number of POSPs recruited and activated
- Active partner ratio
- Policy issuance and login conversion ratio

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
