Key Responsibilities1. Patient Registration & Appointment Handling
- Register OPD/IPD patients accurately in the hospital software.
- Book doctor appointments and manage patient scheduling.
- Verify patient details, mobile number, address, and UHID properly.
- Handle Practo and online bookings correctly.
2. Patient Reception & Assistance
- Welcome and guide patients and attendants politely.
- Provide information regarding doctors, departments, timings, and hospital services.
- Assist patients in locating consultation rooms, wards, laboratory, ultrasound, etc.
3. Billing & Payment Collection
- Generate OPD/IPD bills accurately.
- Collect consultation fees, admission deposits, and other charges.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and online payments responsibly.
- Maintain daily cash collection records and submit reports to accounts.
4. Admission & Discharge Coordination
- Coordinate patient admission and room allotment.
- Ensure correct room category is entered in software.
- Assist in discharge process and final billing coordination.
5. Telephone & Communication Handling
- Attend incoming calls professionally.
- Transfer calls to concerned departments/doctors.
- Maintain proper communication with patients and hospital staff.
6. Record Maintenance
- Maintain patient files, reports, and front office records properly.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Keep appointment registers and admission records updated.
7. Coordination with Departments
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and billing department.
- Inform concerned departments regarding patient appointments and admissions.
8. Complaint Handling
- Listen to patient complaints politely.
- Report serious complaints to management immediately.
- Maintain professional behavior during stressful situations.
9. General Discipline & Conduct
- Maintain proper dress code and grooming.
- Reach duty on time and follow duty roster.
- Maintain courteous behavior with patients and staff.
- Avoid miscommunication and unauthorized commitments.
10. Additional Duties
- Perform Sunday/holiday duties as assigned by management.
- Support hospital administration during emergencies and high patient load.
- Any other work assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: ₹8,822.41 - ₹25,239.16 per month
