We are currently seeking a dynamic, passionate, and energetic Communicative English Teacher to join our faculty and elevate our students' spoken English and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons focused on spoken English, phonetics, public speaking, and personality development.
- Conduct group discussions, debates, and interactive language lab sessions to eliminate students' hesitation when speaking English.
- Assess student progress in verbal and written communication, providing constructive, individualized feedback.
- Create a lively, English-speaking ecosystem within the classroom and school campus.
- Collaborate with the management and teaching staff to organize language fests, cultural events, and inter-school competitions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, Communicative English, Linguistics, or a related field (B.Ed. is an advantage but not mandatory for the right candidate).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Communicative English Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, or Language Teacher in a school setting (Freshers with exceptional skills are welcome to apply).
- Language Proficiency: Flawless, native-level fluency in English with excellent pronunciation and diction. Proficiency in Malayalam is required to effectively bridge communication gaps and understand the regional linguistic nuances of our students.
- Key Traits: High energy, excellent classroom management, and the ability to connect well with young learners.
