Job Description: Field Associate –
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Associate to join our Political PR team. The role involves on-ground engagement, community outreach, and supporting the execution of public relations strategies that strengthen the connection between political leaders and the public.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local communities, NGOs, and social groups to amplify political messaging.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing rallies, press meets, and grassroots campaigns.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Gather feedback from the field, track public sentiment, and prepare reports for the PR team.
- Media Support: Coordinate with local media outlets for coverage of events and initiatives.
- Campaign Execution: Support the rollout of PR campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging across regions.
- Crisis Management: Provide on-ground support during sensitive political events or issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, Social Work, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in fieldwork, community outreach, or campaign management (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
- Passion for politics, governance, and social impact.
