Full Stack Software Engineer Location: BRS Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab

Experience: 1–3 Years (Minimum 1+ Year of CRM/ERP Development Experience Required) About the Role We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM/ERP development, strong problemsolving skills, and the ability to build secure, scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions. 1 Database Strong knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL Database Design & Normalization Stored Procedures Triggers Views Functions Indexing Query Optimization Performance Tuning Transaction Management Backup & Restore Concepts APIs & Integrations RESTful API Development & Integration API Authentication (JWT/OAuth) Third-party API Integration Payment Gateway Integration API Testing using Postman JSON/XML Data Handling Version Control & DevOps Git GitHub CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar) Basic Linux Server Knowledge Deployment Fundamentals CMS WordPress Customization & Plugin Integration Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade CRM/ERP applications. Develop scalable and secure web applications using CodeIgniter and Laravel. Build responsive user interfaces using Vue.js or React.js. Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs. Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways. Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Design and optimize relational databases for high performance. Develop Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, Functions, and optimized SQL queries. Improve application performance through indexing and database optimization. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
2. Participate in peer code reviews and maintain high coding standards. Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment. Follow Git workflows and CI/CD best practices. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in developing CRM/ERP software. Strong experience with CodeIgniter and Laravel. Good working knowledge of Vue.js or React.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), MVC Architecture, and SOLID principles. Hands-on experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs. Experience using Postman for API testing and debugging. Experience integrating third-party APIs and payment gateways. Strong knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL. Practical experience with Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, Functions, Indexing, Query Optimization, and Database Performance Tuning. Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to write clean, scalable, secure, and production-ready code. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar AI coding assistants. Ability to leverage AI tools to improve development productivity and code quality. Basic understanding of AI APIs and integrating AI capabilities into web applications. Knowledge of authentication, authorization, JWT, OAuth, RBAC, and web security best practices (XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection prevention). Experience with Linux servers and application deployment. Familiarity with Docker, Redis, caching strategies, or containerized environments is an added advantage. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development best practices.
Pay: ₹26,000.85 - ₹35,000.26 per month
