Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Ensure smooth service during all operating hours.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to hotel standards.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise bartenders and bar stewards.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance.
- Conduct regular training on cocktails, spirits, wines, and guest service.
- Monitor employee performance and maintain discipline.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels and place beverage orders.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and pilferage.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of all beverage stock.
- Control beverage cost and maintain target profit margins.
Sales & Revenue
- Develop and implement promotional activities and happy hours.
- Increase beverage sales through upselling and suggestive selling.
- Create seasonal cocktail menus and signature drinks.
- Monitor daily sales reports and achieve revenue targets.
Financial Responsibilities
- Verify daily bar sales and cash handling procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor bar expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and hotel policies.
- Verify the legal drinking age of guests where applicable.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed within the bar.
Guest Relations
- Build strong relationships with regular guests.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service.
- Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere in the bar.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Certification in Bartending or Mixology is preferred.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in bar operations.
- Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, beers, and mixology.
- Inventory and cost control.
- Sales and marketing skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of POS systems and MS Excel.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
