Role Summary
An international real estate and data analytics company with a newly located India office is seeking to recruit an experience Digitalisation & Business Process Manager to join their expanding team of professionals. The role is suitable for a seasoned candidate who wishes to develop their BPM and all-round 360 responsibilities to help digitalise the company’s processes during its growth phase. It is an opportunity for exponential growth for a seasoned candidate with a proven background in this area. The candidate will work as part of an international team of real estate and data professionals.
We are looking for an analytical and structured Business Process Manager to design, document, and continuously improve operational processes across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly tech savvy with knowledge of adoption and roll out of ERPs and related processes. They will have a proven track record in driving process efficiencies, standardization, and cross-functional alignment in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. Excellent written and spoken English is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have prior experience working with or servicing stakeholders based in the UK and/ or the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with departmental heads to map, document, and help standardize end-to-end business processes across departments.
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and identify tech-enabled solutions to resolve and architect automated processes.
- Identify ROI through cost saving opportunities.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Define and track key process performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new workflows, tools, and systems.
- Manage and take full ownership of change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes across teams.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring operational issues and drive corrective action.
- Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for internal teams.
- Liaise with UK and USA-based stakeholders to align processes with regional requirements and expectations.
- Report on process performance and improvement outcomes to SMT.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in change management, business process management, process improvement, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
Salary: INR 3,800,000 + an annual bonus opportunity based on performance
