We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to fuel our growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base within the digital marketing and advertising space.
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads.
- Drive outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Understand client needs and collaborate on pitches and proposals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from lead to closure
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking forums
- 5–6 years of experience in business development or sales (agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
