About the Role
Manjaly Infrastructures is seeking two seasoned Project Managers to oversee our construction operations in Thrissur. With over 30 years of excellence in the industry, we pride ourselves on timely delivery and precision. As a Project Manager, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that our projects—ranging from residential enclaves to complex infrastructures—are executed with the high standards of quality and integrity that define our brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Site Leadership: Manage and supervise end-to-end construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Quality Control: Maintain our reputation for excellence by ensuring that all work meets strict structural and architectural standards.
- Resource Management: Coordinate effectively with our partner companies, subcontractors, and material suppliers to ensure a seamless supply chain.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety protocols on-site and ensure full compliance with Kerala Building Rules (KBR) and local regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify site-level challenges and implement effective solutions to prevent delays.
- Team Coordination: Lead on-site teams, including engineers, draftsmen, and skilled laborers, fostering a culture of professional efficiency.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the management regarding project milestones, resource utilization, and cost control.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of intensive experience in site management and construction project execution.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, including site preparation, excavation, and structural development.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for dealing with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a focus on detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
