We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to provide excellent customer support, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of concerns.
- Process customer requests, returns, replacements, or service-related queries.
- Maintain service quality standards and response timelines.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
