Job Description:
It is a travel process for the client called Indigo.
Domestic Inbound & Outbound Voice Process (Travel/Airline).
Handling ticket bookings, flight scheduling & rescheduling, cancellations, fare queries.
Working on travel software systems efficiently.
Candidate Required:
Good English communication skills required
Customer handling mindset
Under-Graduate with 6+ months experience can apply
Graduate freshers can apply
Any 5-day week
Rotational Shifts (majorly day shifts )
No age limit.
Salary Provided:
For Freshers - 23,000 CTC
For Experienced - 26,000 CTC
Cab (during night shifts) & shuttle (during day shifts) for Male & Female
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
