Role Overview
The Business Development Associate (BDA) will be responsible for promoting professional courses offered by Catalyst Education, generating student leads, conducting career guidance sessions, and supporting the student admission process. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, schools, and colleges.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote professional courses such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CS, CMA USA, and EA
- Identify and generate new student leads through schools, colleges, and other sources
- Conduct career guidance sessions and presentations for students
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regarding course details and admissions
- Support the branch in achieving monthly admission targets
- Maintain lead data and report daily activities to the management
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Freshers or candidates with experience in sales/education sector can apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and convincing ability
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
