Administration
- Manage day-to-day school operations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
- Prepare academic calendars, timetables, examination schedules, and event plans.
- Supervise admissions, attendance, records, documentation, and reporting systems.
- Maintain infrastructure, classroom readiness, and learning resources.
Academics
- Plan, implement, and monitor the academic curriculum for Nursery, Kindergarten, and Primary grades.
- Ensure effective lesson planning, classroom delivery, activity-based learning, and continuous assessment.
- Promote spoken English, phonics, reading habits, creativity, and experiential learning.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and implement improvement plans.
Faculty Development Programs
- Recruit, mentor, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and performance reviews.
- Organize teacher training programs, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and child-centric learning practices
Student Development Programs
- Ensure holistic development of students including academics, communication, behaviour, ethics, and co-curricular participation.
- Maintain student discipline through positive and constructive approaches.
- Ensure child safety, emotional wellbeing, hygiene, and inclusive learning practices.
- Encourage participation in cultural, sports, literary, and social activities.
Parent & Community Relations
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.
- Address parent concerns professionally and promptly.
- Promote the school’s reputation and community goodwill.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
