Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Train and supervise store staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze sales reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
