Position: Admission Counsellor
Locations: Kandivali (Mumbai) & Bangalore
Start Date: Immediate joiner preferred
Your Role:
Counsel prospective parents and students about the school's academic programs and admission process
Manage admission inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and school visit Conduct campus tours and deliver an exceptional parent experience
Follow up with prospective families and support them throughout the admission journey
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admissions process
Maintain accurate admission records and achieve enrolment targets
Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred)
Experience in admissions, counselling, customer relationship management, or sales (education sector preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
