We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Post-Operative Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from cosmetic and aesthetic surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will monitor patients during recovery, assist doctors in post-operative management, ensure patient safety, and provide excellent patient education and support. Duties commonly include monitoring vital signs, wound care, pain management, documentation, and patient counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during post-operative recovery.
- Record and assess vital signs and recovery status.
- Observe and report post-operative complications.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and suture care.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Educate patients regarding post-operative care and follow-up instructions.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
- Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
Qualification
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, dermatology, OT, or recovery care is an added advantage.
- Good communication and patient counseling skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
