About the Role
We are hiring an AI Developer who builds primarily using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT/Codex, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot with 2-3 years of experience.You should be a capable developer who trusts AI as your core coding partner and knows how to get production-quality work out of it.
You will work on AI products and automations for both client projects and our internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and ship products using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or similar AI coding tools as your primary workflow.
- Build AI-powered features end to end: backend, frontend, AI integration, and deployment.
- Convert manual business processes into automations using n8n, Make, or custom scripts.
- Pick the right model and approach for each problem, balancing cost, speed, and quality.
What We Are Looking For
- Daily, hands-on user of Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or comparable AI coding tools. You should be able to show how you use them to ship faster and better.
- Strong full-stack fundamentals across Python or Node.js and React or Next.js.
- Practical understanding of LLMs in production: prompting, RAG, context handling, and evaluations.
- Domain knowledge of tech and the real world. You understand the business problem, not just the code.
- Clear communicator who can work with non-technical teams.
Years of experience are not a filter. Output and judgement are.

Claude, OpenAI, and open-source LLMs. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot. n8n, Make. Python, Node.js, Next.js, React. PostgreSQL, Supabase, vector databases. Vercel, Docker.
