Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing team operations, achieving business targets, and building strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups through CRM.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a team handling role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Based on experience)
