Internship Period: 12 months

Evaluation and Expectations:
Performance Evaluation: Your performance will be evaluated every month based on your effort to learn, understand, and implement the skills taught.
Skill Proficiency: We expect you to become proficient in accounting, GST filing, and TDS filing, ultimately becoming a competent accountant by the end of your internship.
Learning and Growth: If there is no noticeable growth or effort to learn, the company reserves the right to terminate the internship.
Leave Entitlement: Interns are allowed to take one leave per month during their internship period. If an intern takes leave without prior permission, PokketCFO Pvt. Ltd has the right to terminate the intern's internship.
Stipend structure (performance-based progression)

Next 2 months Month 3–4 5,500
Next 2 months Month 5–6 7,500
Next 2 months Month 7–8 10,000
Next 2 months Month 9–10 12,500
Final 2 months Month 11–12 15,000
(Increment depends on performance, discipline, and learning progress.)
Working time: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5:30 pm.

At the end of the 12-month full-time internship training, the Company Management may, at its sole discretion, offer you full-time employment. Selection for employment will be entirely based on your performance during the training period, and the final decision will rest solely with Company Management.
