Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily inward and outward movement of materials, components, finished goods, batteries, chargers,
and other company items.
Prepare and maintain dispatch schedules, delivery plans, vehicle details, and shipment records.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, stores, sales, and accounts teams for timely material movement.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and logistics vendors regarding pickup, delivery, routes, and expected
arrival times.
Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, LR/GR, gate passes, and other required logistics
documents.
Track vehicles and shipments and provide regular status updates to concerned teams.
Follow up on delayed, damaged, short, or missing consignments and escalate issues promptly.
Maintain daily logistics reports, dispatch registers, transporter records, and proof-of-delivery (POD) documents.
Ensure proper documentation and handover of materials at the time of dispatch and receipt.
Support reconciliation of dispatched versus delivered quantities and coordinate closure of pending PODs.
Maintain professional communication with drivers, transporters, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable transport and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain
operations.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Knowledge of logistics documentation such as e-way bill, LR/GR, delivery challan, invoice, and POD.
Good coordination, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple dispatches and follow timelines under pressure.
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, EV, battery, or electrical products will be an advantage.

Candidates with experience in Electric Vehicle (EV), automotive, battery, charger, electrical, or manufacturing

Reports to: Logistics / Operations / Plant Management, as applicable.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
