Job Overview
We are looking for an AI Lead Generation Executive with a good understanding of digital marketing and hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for prospect research, lead generation, qualification and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality B2B leads using AI-powered lead generation tools.
- Research and identify potential clients based on target industry, location, company size and business requirements.
- Use AI tools for prospect research, data enrichment and lead qualification.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases.
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn, Google, email and other digital channels.
- Create and optimize outreach messages using AI tools.
- Coordinate with the sales team and provide qualified leads.
- Track lead generation activities, response rates and conversions.
- Identify new digital channels and strategies to improve lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, B2B sales or a related field.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, including:
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Performance Marketing
- Lead Funnels
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for lead generation and research.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other prospecting platforms.
- Good communication and research skills.
- Strong analytical and data-management skills.
- Ability to identify and qualify potential customers.
Preferred
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms or similar AI/prospecting tools.
- Experience generating leads for digital marketing, IT or SaaS services.
Compensation
₹10,000 – ₹30,000/month, depending on experience and skills.
