About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter / HR Manager to lead talent acquisition and support core HR operations in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management, along with working knowledge of Karnataka labor compliance and government-related HR practices.
This role requires a professional who can independently manage hiring mandates, build strong talent pipelines, streamline HR processes, and contribute to organizational growth through effective people practices.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment initiatives
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, evaluation, and coordination of selection processes
- Ensure timely closure of open positions with high-quality talent
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Enhance employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
HR Operations & Employee Management
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, induction, and HR record management
- Support attendance management, employee engagement, and HR process implementation
- Maintain HR policies, employee data, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and employee experience
- Assist in implementing performance management and employee retention initiatives
Compliance & Administration
- Support HR compliance activities related to Karnataka labor laws and statutory requirements
- Maintain awareness of government-related HR schemes, regulations, and labor practices
- Ensure adherence to organizational HR policies and legal requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities
- Proactive, execution-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of Karnataka labor compliance and government HR-related processes is preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Experience in handling volume hiring and strategic recruitment preferred
- Candidates based in Karnataka will be preferred
