Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Resolve complaints and provide timely support.
- Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and product information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience
- Good communication in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
